About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and firm HR Manager with a HR Business Partner mindset, who can oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions for the Group.
The right person will not only lead HR operations and talent strategies but also monitor, audit, and ensure the effectiveness of performance and token systems across departments, driving efficiency, fairness, and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Spectrum HR Leadership & Business Partnership

Oversee the entire HR function including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. Act as a strategic HR partner to management, aligning people strategies with business priorities. Identify organizational needs and develop HR frameworks that drive productivity, accountability, and growth.

2. Performance & Reward Governance

Design, manage, and continuously improve performance management systems, including OKR and token incentive structures. Monitor and audit departmental performance and token distribution to ensure fairness, accuracy, and alignment with company goals. Track performance analytics, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights to management.

3. Recruitment, Talent Acquisition & Retention

Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract, evaluate, and hire the right talent for all levels and subsidiaries. Strengthen employer branding and establish long-term talent pipelines. Drive employee retention strategies, engagement initiatives, and workforce planning.

4. Learning, Development & Succession Planning

Develop and execute training programs that enhance both technical and leadership competencies. Support managers in identifying high-potential employees and building structured career progression plans. Foster a continuous learning environment that aligns with business goals.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

Supervise payroll, benefits, and HR administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Law and internal HR policies. Continuously improve HR processes, documentation, and digital systems for higher efficiency.

6. Employee Relations & Culture Building

Act as a firm, objective, and approachable HR leader, ensuring consistent enforcement of company policies. Promote a culture of openness, accountability, and high performance. Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes professionally and fairly.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience at managerial level, covering full HR functions. Proven background in HRBP roles, performance governance, and talent management. Strong knowledge of HR analytics, KPI tracking, and Malaysian labor law. Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (spoken) to liaise effectively with management and employees. Firm, structured, and solution-driven mindset with high integrity and accountability. Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
