KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and drive HR strategy
to support our retail operations and people goals
Lead recruitment efforts
--from head office to frontline store teams
Create
onboarding experiences
that make people feel welcome and ready
Roll out
performance reviews, training, and development
plans
Advise leaders and managers
on employee relations and team performance
Design programs to
boost engagement, culture, and retention
Ensure
HR policies
are clear, up-to-date, and aligned with local labor laws
Manage
compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Maintain and improve
HR systems, data, and reporting tools
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources
,
Business Administration
, or a related field
Minimum of
12 years of progressive HR experience
, with at least
5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven background in
retail HR
operations;
experience in F&B retail
is a strong advantage
In-depth knowledge of
labor laws
,
HR compliance
, and
best practices
across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build relationships across all levels
of the organization
Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to manage both
strategic HR initiatives
and
day-to-day operations
in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in
HR systems (HRIS)
and data reporting tools; confident using analytics to guide decision-making
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
