Roles and Responsibilities
Take in-charged and responsible to the Human Resource function which is including Monthly payroll calculation, recruitment and selection, staff orientation, training and development, resignation & termination, staff disciplinary and grievances management, etc
Maintaining and administering human resources standard operating procedures (SOP).
Prepare HR-related letters: confirmation, termination, salary adjustments, etc.
Collaborate with HOD to meet recruitment needs promptly.
Involve all matters related foreign workers data and related administration such as ensuring permits validity.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Employment Act.
Any other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
Diploma / degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
1-2 years experiences in human resources or related field advantage.
Fresh graduate encourage.
Self-motivated, confident and ability to work independently.
Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess good communications skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth understanding in accordance with Employment Act 1955.
Good HR Practice and inter-personal skills
5 working day (8.30am-5.30pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
