:
Maintain employees' leaves, medical and attendance records. Keep track of employees' attendance / absenteeism and report to HR Executive / HR Manager / Assistant HR Director / HR Director and related superior.
Update and maintain employees personal record and manpower report.
Prepare basic HR correspondences, such as confirmation letter, warning letter, memo, show cause, etc.
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they carry out tasks properly.
Compile employees attendance records according to policy and legal requirements.
Handle HR administration, such as starters and leavers process.
Prepare and coordinate offer letters and contracts to new employees and existing employees.
Schedule interviews, organize and update employee files, maintain security and confidentiality of employee information.
Plan and control of recruitment process from start to finish using the company recruitment grid system, (receiving request, reviewing job description, posting and sourcing, interviewing, making offer).
Conduct all exit interviews and relay information to individual departmental managers.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.
Prerequisites :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduate or one (1) year working experience in HR related field, especially specialized in recruitment role.
Essential knowledge and experience in local government law, rules, regulations, HR practices and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and HR System.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin language both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal, team player, planning, organization, problem solving and leadership skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
