Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Checking employees' attendance records to ensure their punctuality and compliance with company policies. Perform timely and accurate payroll administration. Computing deductions and entering data into payroll system. Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Manage HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration, and maintaining employee records. Respond to ad hoc duties as they arise, which may include resolving urgent issues, handling unforeseen problems, and undertaking projects with tight deadlines.

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field Possess good knowledge of labor legislation in HR. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to work independent. Able to start work immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
