Responsibilities
Maintain employee payroll records, including onboarding and resignations.
Prepare annual statutory forms, such as company E-Forms and employee EA Forms, as well as any other required submissions.
Provide monthly reports on headcount, overtime, attendance, and prepare ad-hoc reports for management, auditors, finance or statutory bodies.
Communicate with the vendor regarding any system errors or employee reported issues.
Serve as the primary contact point for employee payroll-related queries.
Draft and release memos to employees.
Liaise with payroll vendors (e.g., Boost for employee e-wallet) and statutory bodies on payroll matters.
Carry out additional assignments and duties as required by the superior, manager, or CEO.
Prepared stock take name list, festive voucher & boost.
Monitor the submission of documentation to HR from outlets such as attendance chits, shift exchanges, OT forms, ODW, leave forms, etc.
Support employees regarding system issues (Bossnet)
Serve as the contact point for employees, clerks, and store managers regarding payroll queries.
Maintain employee information to match with the system.
Update employee information in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
Prepare necessary documents for SOCSO claims (attendance, MC, etc.)
