HR Officer Recruiter Executive (Mass Hiring) - F&B

Location: Alam Damai, Cheras & Tropicana, Damansara

Contract: 6 Months (Permanent based on performance)

Salary: RM2,500 Basic + RM300 Attendance Allowance

Hybrid work (Few days in office, Few days WFH)

We are currently seeking a HR Officer Recruiter Executive (Mass Hiring) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, have strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

Employee Records & HR Administration

Employee Relations

Compliance & Policies

Handle end-to-end mass hiring processes for various client projects.

Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and social media.

Schedule and coordinate interviews.

Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers

Ensure hiring targets are met within the stipulated time frame.

General HR Support

Requirements:

Prior experience in HR Generalist

Prior experience in mass hiring / recruitment is an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Willing to work at Alam Damai, Cheras & Tropicana, Damansara.
