Eng IBS Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. is a leading steel processing company in Malaysia, specializing in the supply of high-quality core building materials for Industrialized Building Systems (IBS).

Tasks & responsibilities

Handle foreign worker issues. Arrange, manage and monitor of foreign workers and expatriate hostel. Manage and handle immigration related procedure. Handle and manage FW extension, renewal and termination of permit / passport. Taking care of foreign workers issues and welfare. Report of arrival foreign worker to JTK. Liaise with FOMEMA. Arrange for foreign workers transportation. Briefing to newly report foreign workers on company regulations. Liaise with department manager on the headcount planning for foreign workers. Any other responsibility which may be assigned from time to time by superior.

Qualifications & experience

SPM / Diploma. At least 3 years related working experience in manufacturing environment, in the related field is required for this position. Computer literate.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
