Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Manage all campaign administrative matters related to part-time sourcing.
Compile, update and maintain paper, digital, and electronic employee records, including leave, sickness, and attendance.
Monitor daily staff attendance and prepare the monthly overtime report for payroll processing.
Support HR-related training programs, workshops, seminars, and employee onboarding sessions.
Handle payroll processing for outsourced employees, including foreign workers and part-timers.
Support recruitment activities and the onboarding of new staff.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and staff scheduling.
Support payroll preparation and the generation of HR reports.
Assist in organizing staff events, trainings, welfare activities, and employee engagement programs.
Handle documentation and records for foreign workers (work permits, passports, contracts, renewals).
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior or management from time to time.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
Aggressive, proactive, and able to handle back-to-back tasks efficiently.
Fast learner with strong adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
