We are looking for an organised and people-focused HR Operations Executive to support our APAC HR team. In this role, you will help run smooth HR processes, support employees and managers, and ensure our HR activities follow company policies and legal requirements.
What You Will Do
HR Operations & Compliance
Process accurate and timely payroll for 300 headcounts
Maintain up-to-date employee records in Workday/HR systems.
Prepare employment contracts and HR documents.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, SOX, and internal policies.
Employee Lifecycle Support
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a seamless employee experience.
Support compensation & benefits administration.
adhoc task support for work permit application
Employee Engagement & Culture
Help organize team events and engagement activities.
Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace.
Assist with training schedules, learning platforms, and attendance tracking.
What You Will Be Measured On
Accuracy and timeliness of payroll and HR data.
Compliance with HR processes.
Employee feedback on onboarding/offboarding.
Timely delivery of HR tasks.

Finance, Compliance, and Business Managers
External payroll, benefits, and training vendors
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
