Job Description

This role requires a skilled HR professional fluent in Japanese to provide support within a shared services center for a growing retail company. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the human resources department in a dynamic environment.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from Japanese-speaking employees and stakeholders.

  • Translate HR documents and communications between Japanese and English as required.

  • Provide support in audits and compliance reviews for the human resources department.

A successful HR Operation Associate (Japanese Speaker) should have:
  • Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and spoken, is essential for effective communication across regional teams. JLPT N2 is required; JLPT N1 is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preffered
  • Experience working in a shared services center or HR function in the retail industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
