Job Description

Manage full HR operations for multiple outlets including recruitment, onboarding, attendance,

end-to-end payroll processing

, and HR documentation.

Handle foreign worker processes including permit renewal, FOMEMA registration, hostel arrangement, and compliance with immigration requirements.

Coordinate outlet operations such as staff scheduling, manpower planning, and resolving daily operational issues.

Prepare warning letters, show cause letters, and conduct basic disciplinary management.

Monitor outlet performance, daily sales reporting, and ensure SOP compliance.

Support HR data updates in HRIS and coordinate statutory submissions (SOCSO, EPF, EIS).

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs.

Compile and prepare orders for

lunch boxes, greaseproof paper, plastic packaging, and other outlet consumables

based on outlet usage and stock levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
