Job Description

Job Summary:



The HR Operation Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource operational activities including performance management, employee relations, training & development, and basic occupational safety and health (OSHA) coordination. This role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with company policies, and supports initiatives that promote employee well-being and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Management



Coordinate and monitor performance appraisal processes for assigned departments. Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance. Compile and analyze performance reports for management review.

2. Industrial Relations (IR)



Assist in handling grievance, misconduct, and disciplinary issues according to company policy and employment law. Prepare documentation for warning letters, show cause, and domestic inquiry proceedings. Support HR Manager in maintaining positive employee relations and workplace harmony.

3. Training & Development



Identify and plan training programs based on performance gaps and departmental needs. Coordinate internal and external training sessions including logistics and record-keeping. Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training database.

4. Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) Coordination



Support implementation of company's safety and health programs in compliance with OSHA requirements. Assist Safety & Health Committee in organizing meetings, safety inspections, and awareness programs. Maintain safety-related records (e.g., incident reports, PPE distribution, safety training attendance). Coordinate with outlet or site supervisors to ensure basic compliance on safety matters.

5. General HR Operations



Support HR policies, audits, and compliance requirements. Maintain employee records and HR documentation with confidentiality. Assist in HR reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR operations, preferably with exposure to OSHA or HSE coordination. Good understanding of Malaysian Employment Act and basic safety regulations. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems. Candidate with

Safety & Health Coordinator (SHC) certification or NIOSH training

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
