- Position: HR Operations Associate (Mandarin Speaker)
- Working location: Suite 02 & 03, Centrepoint South Tower, Mid Valley City, KL
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Hybrid)
- Working duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY
- Remuneration: Range from RM3,000 to RM 4,000 (depends on experiences & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance
- RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2
- Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries.
- Accumulate standard employee and HR agent FAQ, improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solutions to solve their issues.
- Support and assist in other HR-related duties, Office support and ad-hoc tasks.
- REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2
- 1-2 years in HR operations experience are preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience using HR systems(e.g Workday) and case management/ticketing tool, ServiceNow.
- Self-driven, conscientious, strong adaptability and fast learner/
- High Customer Service orientation, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a huge part as this position will need to work closely with stakeholder base in China.
