HR Operations

Manage end-to-end HR administrative and operational tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation. Support HR data entry, validation, and reporting in SAP or other HR systems. Prepare HR letters, contracts, and documentation accurately and promptly. Track and update employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits). Support payroll-related data collation and validation. Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to data protection standards. Generate regular HR reports and metrics using Excel or Power BI for management review. Provide first-line support for employee HR queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Assist in process optimization projects and help automate recurring tasks using VBA or other digital tools. Ensure all HR processes comply with organizational policies and labor regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, in any related or relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations as service delivery Familiar with the IT-SAP industry and fast-paced environment Highly proficient with using Microsoft applications including Words, PowerPoint, and Excel. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong documentation and organization skills Knowledge of VBA and/or Power BI is added advantage
