You will work closely with HR Teams across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam and work on projects impacting all Malaysia-based employees across multiple business units.What Success Looks Like

• Able to effectively manage conflicting priorities, strong organizational and execution skills

Responsibilities

• Providing a comprehensive HR operations support to the HR team, including providing on the ground support and logistics for regional/local initiatives and activations
• Lead and manage Workday (HRIS) processes for Malaysia, ensuring the accuracy of the data and completing required tasks in a timely manner
• First line of support for HR related queries from employees
• Handling any other related HR projects
• Stay close to ground, acting as a channel for employee feedback

Job Qualifications

• Recent grad, or 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources including internship experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
• Know how to lead, set priorities and deliver what you commit to
• You are English proficient (written and spoken)
• Legally eligible to work in Malaysia
