Prepare and update employee payroll data (salary, allowances, deductions, overtime, commissions in Payroll System).
Assist in the monthly payroll processing according to company standards and timelines.
Make statutory report every month for Senior HR to proceed with all the necessary steps with management.
Organize and maintain employee personal files.
Manage attendance verification, claims, overtime documentation, and other HR-related submissions before Senior HR Run Payroll every 01st of the month.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR Management as required.
Office Coordination
Assist Senior HR in interview session with candidate (in case Senior HR do not coming into the office).
Assist HR team with ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management.
Respond to employee queries related to payroll, and basic HR matters.
Assist Senior HR in HR Planning (Petrol Outlet, Immigration matter orIndustrial Relation matter).
Support payroll closing activities and assist in resolving payroll discrepancies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM / Diploma in HR, Business or related field
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
OTHER SKILSS REQUIREMENT
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Honest,responsible, and able to handle confidential information.
Attention to detail and able to follow instructions accurately.
Friendly and professional when dealing with staff, vendors, or visitors.
