Responsibilities:
Processes Company's payroll every pay period.
Maintained payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
Maintained and regularly update master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
Prepare monthly report (KPI/Summary Report/Special & Target Report) for management review & actions)
Responsible for the HR day to day operation, compensation & benefits, administration & leave management.
Monitor & upkeep of employee personal records to ensure all information are updated & document accurately.
Issuing letter of offer/employment/increment/confirmation to the selected candidate & others letters & correspondence.
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
Arranging interview & coordinating with the concerned person.
To coordinate, monitor and renew foreign workers' work permit & passport timely and accurately.
Managing ePLKS,Fomema & other foreign worker related systems.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder & above.
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws.
Strong understanding of payroll processes is an advantage.
At least 2 years' experience in Human Resource
