As Human Resource & Payroll Executive at Oligo, you are responsible for a full spectrum of daily Human Resource Administration-related functions, which include the monthly payroll processing, reporting and client HR administration.Responsibilities1. Support and handle the full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.2. Administer full spectrum of payroll administration on the HRIS system and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of timesheet processing and reports.3. Handle queries regarding Human Resource matters.4. Prepare and reconcile monthly leave, timesheet and claim reports.5. To administer leave records, if required.6. Support and handle other administrative duties, including other customer HR support, and other HRIS implementation support7. Serve as the point of contact for HR matters for customers.8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.Qualification & Requirements1. Must possess at least a Diploma related to Human Resources or in any similar discipline.2. At least 1 year of HR-related experience and strong knowledge and experience in Malaysian Employment Law and current best practices.3. Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and payroll systems, will be an added advantage.4. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and communicate well with the team members and management.5.
