• Position: HR & Payroll Executive.
• Salary: RM 3000-4000.
• Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Chrisjac Recruitment is currently working closely with a retail organization to recruit a highly competent HR professional to assume the role of HR & Payroll Executive at Subang Jaya in Selangor. Our client is an established retail chain store in electrical and electronic home appliances,operating over several outlets across the Klang Valley.
Responsibilities
This role is permanent and as a HR professional you will be responsible for the HR administration including recruitment, payroll administration using Easypay and PEP system.
Responsible to manage full spectrum of HR functions within the organization.
Manage and process monthly payroll of approximately 70 staff using Easypay and EPE system.
Manage the end to end recruitment process.
Support and conduct new employees starters inductions, manage leavers and contractual terms changes.
Maintain accurate employee personal files records.
Manage the administration of work permits for expatriate employees.
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Malaysian male or female age below 38.
Possess at least a Diploma qualification in HR disciplines or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 years of similar role in HR administration preferably within retail environment.
Conversant with Malaysian labour laws and legislation and Employment Act.
Well versed with working knowledge of Easypay and EPE payroll system.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate at all levels.
Good command of English and BM, verbal and written. HOW TO APPLY
