Ensuring that payroll activities, results and processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirement. Responsible for end-to-end processing of monthly payroll to ensure payroll processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Review, reconcile and analyse payroll reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. Participate in retrospective review meetings with payroll vendor. Handle and resolve enquiries about pay and statutory related matter. Collaborate cross-functionality to achieve high quality outcomes and deliverables.
