Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing & Statutory Payments

Process

monthly payroll

accurately and on time using the HR system (Info-Tech/Worksy). Ensure accurate and timely deduction and submission of all Malaysian statutory contributions:

EPF

(Employees Provident Fund)

SOCSO

(Social Security Organization)

EIS

(Employment Insurance System)

PCB/MTD

(Monthly Tax Deduction/Income Tax) Handle final salary payments, terminations, and generate annual

Form EA

for employees.
2. Attendance & Working Hours

Manage and process daily

attendance

data, including clock-in/out and leave records, from the HR system. Calculate pay adjustments for

short hours

, overtime, and unpaid leave. Ensure all working hours and pay are compliant with the

Employment Act 1955

.
3. Claims Management

Process all employee

claims

(e.g., travel, medical, expenses) and ensure they are accurately integrated into the monthly payroll run. Process and submit

SOCSO claims

(e.g., for work-related injuries) to the relevant authorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
