about the role Responsible for managing the People Enablement & Growth (PEG) \'office\' and coordinating various activities and transformation initiatives that support the achievement of the PEG missions and objectives aligned with the strategic and transformation plans of Orange Business. Specific areas of responsibility include: integrate and develop documentation and presentations for the Head of People Enablement & Growth as required for various stakeholder meetings such as EMB, Excom, EOC, All-Hands, Talking Together, etc and coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involved analyze and evaluate documentation and inputs to the Head of People Enablement & Growth, to ensure qualitative and value add work closely monitor and follow up on actions and deliverables from the various globalstakeholders to ensure proper empowerment, timeliness and ability to meet overall deadlines follow Lead the Future progress and manage monthly/ ad-hoc reporting in line with Orange Business Transformation framework and plan ensure consistent and positive working relationships with appropriate internal interfaces (transversal / business partners / HREE) to assure effectiveness in the organization and help achieve overall alignment to defined practices and objectives collaborate closely with Orange Business EMB PMO counterparts on various deliverables to ensure alignment and qualitative work act as SPOC on centrally-led programs, such as Lead the Future, Gen AI, etc manage and run specific projects as assigned run team meetings & workshops in conjunction/without external consultants, following up on actions and progress make suggestions and recommendations on streamlining key business processes and activities as well as content run various ad-hoc analysis on topics of relevance for the Head of People Enablement & Growth act as the central registry for SOP-relevant to People Enablement & Growth research on various topics (while preparing compelling presentations) + share with the team manage ongoing operational communications activities including team calls + Plazza Group + International News + All Hands Calls + EOC Calls + HR Talks, etc, while working closely with the Communications function oversee and manage the budget for People Enablement & Growth about you Excellent analytical skills, be able to see patterns, and attention to detail Should be a fast thinker and a good decision maker Exceptional communication & Presentation skills and the ability to multi-task Business operations skills.
