Objectives of the Position

  • Seek to understand business needs and provide support to a range of HR processes and programs within HR Services.
  • Support process excellence in People Cluster APAC to deliver consistent and positive service offerings with minimal variation for simplicity and quality assurance.
  • Participate process improvements, automation, and digitalization measures to offer best service delivery experience.
Main Tasks

Process Improvements and Project Initiatives
  • Continuously reviews and improves quality management systems to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across the People Cluster APAC, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance.
  • Collaborates with Country teams and Hub teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement projects aligned with People Cluster APAC strategic objectives.
  • Explores digitalization and automation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of quality management.
  • Support and implements quality initiatives and change management, e.g., facilitating communities of practice etc.
  • Support in designs and establishes workflows and system platforms for effective quality management.
Quality Assurance
  • Support the development and maintenance of quality measures for respective service delivery unit. (internal performance measures and external key performance indicators framework).
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams on service offering development, process design, and service delivery, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the entire process lifecycle.
  • Tracks and monitors improvement results (service scores improvement or efficiency savings).
  • Contributes to knowledge base in creating and maintaining quality assurance knowledge articles, such as quality manuals, policies, and procedures.
Process Excellence Community
  • Maintains strong relationships with various teams in People Cluster APAC to ensure their quality expectations are met or exceeded. Supports them to establish and maintain quality performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and monitor progress to maintain the highest level of quality standards.
  • Support the service delivery units on work design and coordination with vendors for seamless service delivery and to address any quality-related issues.
People Leadership
  • Works with moderate supervision within established procedures and practices.
  • Support in managing process excellence training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge on process excellence principles, practices, and standards to maintain and improve process and service quality.
Requirements

Education
  • Tertiary education, minimum Bachelor of degree in HR, Business Administration or other industry.
Working Experience
  • With 1 - 2 years of related HR working experiences in HR Services.
  • Preferably experience in relevant HR procedures and practices.
  • Preferably working knowledge of integrated payroll systems preferably on SAP or integrated talent systems preferably on Taleo, Success Factors.
  • Good analytical skills & project management competence.
Technical & Professional Knowledge
  • Good general Human Resources skills and knowledge in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Service mindset with strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Fundamental level of expertise in quality management principles, methodologies, and tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping applications.
  • Fluent in speaking and written English. Knowledge of any other Asian languages is advantageous.
