Company Description

The HR Projects Specialist is responsible for managing and executing various human resources projects within Toll Group. The HR Projects Specialis collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The HR Projects Specialist plays a crucial role in implementing HR initiatives, programs, and processes that support the overall HR strategy and business objectives.


  • Project Support: Provide support in implementing HR projects, particularly the Workday expansion project and payroll process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery from planning to testing and communication.
Training and Communication: Work closely with HR and IT teams to develop communication plans and training initiatives for all personas affected by system and process changes. Facilitate training sessions and information sessions to increase competency in using different HR systems across the organization.
Documentation and Resources: Maintain all guides, training resources, and documents related to Workday and other HR processes. Ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available on the intranet and other platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the HR community to ensure a consistent and positive user experience across HR systems. Liaise with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns and provide support as needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. HR certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in supporting HR projects with a focus on system implementation and process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems particularly Workday and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and deliver effective training sessions.
  • Proficiency in maintaining documentation, guides and training resources.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and compliance requirements.
