Job Description

Salary: MYR 5,000 - MYR 6,000 Per Month



Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor



Requirements:



At least 3-5 years of combined HR and purchasing experience, ideally in the F&B / catering industry.

Good negotiation and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Basic accounting or educational understanding.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.


Responsibilities:



Manage recruitment, hiring, training, and performance reviews for staff.

Ensure HR policies comply with the law and company standards.

Handle purchasing, select suppliers, and source food items, kitchen tools, and packaging; negotiate prices.

Monitor stock levels and ensure suppliers and goods are of good quality.

Work with the finance department to control the cost of goods.

Solve employee relations issues and ensure staff welfare.
