Job Summary:

We are a recruitment agency looking for a proactive and people-oriented

HR Recruiter

to support our hiring operations for factory clients in

Batu Kawan

. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring workers' welfare is well-managed throughout their employment journey. Ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, and schedule interviews for factory worker placements Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and deployment to client sites Monitor worker attendance, welfare, and accommodation needs Handle worker-related issues and provide timely resolutions Maintain communication with both workers and factory supervisors Prepare basic reports and updates on recruitment activities

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment or HR roles preferred (fresh grads encouraged to apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and manage time effectively Willing to travel locally if needed (e.g. to hostels or factory sites) Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia; English or other languages are a bonus
