Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Proven ability in counselling/ advising in various employment-related matters
Well-versed with local employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation
Self-motivated, team player, aggressive and responsible
Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills
Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa
Scopes:
Oversee and administer full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
Responsible for managing human resources functions including recruitment and selection, training and development, administration and employee relations in the local operations and report to superior.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for assigned job orders.
Engage potential candidates actively using all recruitment methods possible - web portals, job postings, databases, social media, referrals and contacts.
Identify areas of improvement in HR strategies to meet company\xe2\x80\x99s growth and requirements.
Any ad-hoc tasks as required for this position.
