Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Human Resources Administration



Serve as the primary HR contact for contract employees and management. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases (HRIS). Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, conducting orientation, and preparing new hire documentation. Administer attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Support performance management and training coordination at the site. Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualification



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (agency/ plant experience preferred). Knowledge of HR practices, labor regulations, and administrative procedures. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
