- Do business development and Identifying new business opportunities
- Understanding clients\' business and identifying their recruitment needs
- Build good rapport with clients and candidates
- Posting job advertisements
- Screening of resumes, arranging and conducting interviews to making offers to successful candidates
- Provide consultation and career advice to clients and candidates
