Human Resource (Recruitment) Intern
to assist our team in daily HR and recruitment activities. As part of your internship, you will work directly with an experienced Human Resource Consultant, gaining hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, HR operations, and client interactions. Full guidance and on-the-job learning will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist in
recruitment activities
, including preparing job postings, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up with candidates.
Learn and support
full-cycle recruitment
processes for various job openings.
Actively engage with potential candidates using multiple sourcing platforms (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
Help maintain candidate and client databases.
Observe and assist with
HR operations
, such as employee documentation and administrative support.
Participate in identifying areas for improvement in recruitment and HR processes.
Support in preparing reports and any ad hoc HR-related tasks as assigned.
Shadow your mentor during client meetings, interviews, and recruitment discussions to gain practical industry exposure.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Degree in Human Resources Management
or a related field.
Enthusiastic about learning recruitment and human resource practices.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in
English & Malay

Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to grow.
Open to fresh graduates or students seeking internship placements.
