Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking for the role of Recruitment Executive / HR Talent Acquisition specialist (Recruitment & learning & development) - Open to fresh grad to apply

This role will be responsible for SEA & Australia HR team and assist in full spectrum of HR focusing on Recruitment, Training and Development and others Talent related.

Key responsibilities include:

• HR Generalist responsibilities across HR Adminsitration work, Recruitment, Learning & Development
• Responsible in managing maintaining channels and recruitment agency strategic plan in line with recruitment strategy and optimizing channels opportunities by understanding recruitment requirements, market environment and dynamic
• Sources both passive and active applications, utilizing recruiting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking, to identify talent to meet business staff objective
• Supports processes, tools and programs defined in the HR Lifecycle in the areas of Training, Talent, Succession Management and Performance Management in SEA & Australia
• Gathers feedback from Functional Manager on Training and Development needs specifically with a view to simplify and drive efficiencies
• Provides assistance to all functions to ensure Talent Development processes, plans and programs are consistently implemented
• Support and coordinates International Projects and Change processes
• Facilitate company\'s celebrations/activities and recognition of events such as order flowers/gifts/ hampers for special occasions;
• Ensure all Talent Management initiatives are organized and coordinated including employee\'s training courses and submission of HRDF

Main Requirements

• MINIMUM 1 years of HR experience (external recruiter or internal HR with recruitment experience is great)
• Open to fresh graduate with HR intern experience
• Experience in recruitment / talent acquision will be advantageous
• Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
• Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and system
• Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC environment
