Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs and materials to retail employees including customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
Observe and report the daily operations of outlet employees and identifying any areas of improvement.
Work as communicator between the trainees, managers, PIC to ensure training objectives are understood and supported.
Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
Conduct on-site training sessions to familiarize new staff with outlet layout, menu, and operational procedures specific to the new outlet.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
Other duties as assigned by superior and the management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
Mandarin speaker
is required for this position.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
Proactive, meticulous, responsible, self-starter who can perform with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan, multi-tasking, flexible and manage time effectively.
Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, instructional, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent in computer applications (Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point etc.).
Posses own transport
