Key Responsibilities:
Interview Coordination:
Manage end-to-end interview scheduling by aligning calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across functions and levels.
Stakeholder Communication:
Ensure prompt, clear, and professional communication with all parties involved in the interview process.
Technology Utilization:
Use scheduling tools like Outlook and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to organize and track interview logistics.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Keep detailed and accurate scheduling data in Excel and contribute to analytics efforts; support dashboard development in Power BI.
Issue Resolution:
Quickly identify and resolve conflicts or changes in scheduling with a problem-solving mindset.
Candidate Support:
Provide timely updates and guidance to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
