Conduct regular
headcount checks
, shift rosters, and absenteeism tracking.
Perform
payroll checking and verification
, including overtime, allowances, and deductions in coordination with the payroll team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
HR documentation
, including personnel files, work permits, and employment contracts.
Support the recruitment process: sourcing, interview scheduling, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
Act as a liaison between HR and operations to ensure timely communication and support for all HR matters on the ground.
Assist in internal and external HR audits and compliance processes.
Prepare HR-related
reports
and
data analysis
using Excel (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism trends, overtime reports).
Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and employee engagement activities.
Requirements
:
Minimum
Diploma/Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least
2-3 years
of relevant HR experience as a HR generalist. Experience in payroll is a MUST. Exposure to statutory is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills
in English and Bahasa Malaysia; confident and vocal in presenting and liaising with staff.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, basic data analysis).
Familiar with
HR systems
, time-attendance systems, and payroll processes.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Knowledge of
Malaysian labor laws
, especially related to foreign workers, is a plus.
Willing to be based full-time at
Subang Jaya.
