Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives. Assist in the development, maintenance, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Conduct regular HR audits to ensure policy adherence. Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options. Identify training and development needs and collaborate with management to design and implement training programs. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as necessary. Assist in the annual performance review process, ensuring that evaluations are completed accurately and on time. Generate HR reports and analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations. Contribute to workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies based on data insights. Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
