Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer letter release, Medical Check Ups, Background Checks (BGC), Employment Pass initiation, and onboarding coordination for client-facing roles.
Conduct intake calls with Hiring Managers to understand requirements, workforce plans, and hiring timelines.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and client stakeholders to align on progress, challenges, and timelines.
Manage Internal Recruiter expectations, handle internal issues, risks, or delays as the first point of escalation.
Lead stakeholder updates with clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
3. Vendor Management
Liaise with BGC vendors for timely initiation, monitoring, and closure of cases.
Coordinate with immigration vendors for Employment/Work Pass applications to ensure timely approvals.
Track vendor SLAs, escalate delays, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
4. Process & Team Development
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
Drive process improvements and implement recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, ensuring adherence to best practices.

SuccessFactors
and
SNOW Ticketing Tool
preferred.
RequirementsMust Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a
BPO/Consulting environment
.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
and manage multiple tasks.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
