Provide support and governance to payroll-related matters and issues that require CoE support, including year-end amendments, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.
Ensure timely and accurate resolution of payroll issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Year-End Activities:
Participate in year-end processes for in-house payroll, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of activities according to the project plan.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all year-end payroll activities are completed efficiently and accurately.
Payroll Improvement Initiatives:
Manage payroll improvement initiatives by conducting impact assessments and engaging with internal teams.
Introduce and implement payroll improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
Perform post-deployment governance to monitor the effectiveness of implemented initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and payroll regulations.
Prepare and submit accurate statutory reports in a timely manner.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, HR operations, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory reporting, and payroll compliance.
Proven experience in managing payroll improvement initiatives and conducting impact assessments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
