Lead the design, delivery, and management of talent development initiatives aligned with strategic business goals. Drive leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building to improve performance and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee talent development programs that support engagement, retention, and productivity.
Design and deliver leadership training, capability frameworks, coaching, and experiential learning aligned with organizational strategy.
Conduct training needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and tailor learning initiatives accordingly
Monitor and analyze development ROI and employee performance metrics to guide program improvements.
Lead succession planning by identifying high-potential talent, defining career paths, and implementing development roadmaps
Build partnerships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver programs.
Manage budget, stakeholders, and program schedules; ensure compliance and alignment with HR strategy.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing talent development programs.
Proficiency in training design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, blended learning approaches).
Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset to measure impact and adapt programs based on data.
Experience with succession planning frameworks and leadership development.
Experience working with senior leadership and HR Business Partners.
Familiarity with tools including coaching platforms, LMS, or AI-enabled upskilling tools.
