In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that executes multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across all HR service categories including onboarding, offboarding, HR data maintenance, reporting, metrics and more.
As a HR Shared Services - In Country Team Lead - APAC, you will be responsible for:
Supervising a team of 10 - 15
Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)
Driving increased productivity and compliance through process improvements, standardization and simplification within assigned area (s)
Fostering a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement
Advising on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners
Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background or related area
Have minimum 4 years relevant professional work experience
Have ability to communicate in Mandarin or other APAC language is an added advantage
Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Able to fluently speak and write in English
Have working knowledge of HR system (Workday) and proficiency in MS Office
Have previous work experience in leading a team or managing projects is an added advantage.
