Requirements

• Diploma or higher education in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or administration; F&B industry experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Malaysian work visa procedures (WRT/ESD), with hands-on experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise independently across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling data management tasks.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
1. Recruitment

• Continuously recruit local employees, especially front-line staff such as cashiers and service crew.
• Ensure timely manpower supply based on store requirements.

2. Visa & Immigration Coordination

• Handle entry and exit arrangements for Chinese chefs across different outlets.
• Regularly apply for WRT, ESD, and assist Chinese staff with visa renewal and document submission.

3. Employee Management

• Liaise with store managers to collect, verify, and consolidate attendance records.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, relocation, and resignation.

4. General HR Support

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Assist in improving HR policies and processes to enhance efficiency.
