We are seeking a versatile
HR Specialist
with strong
negotiation skills
who can manage both
Front-End and Back-End HR functions
. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR operations while effectively communicating with employees, management, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR data management.
Handle employee negotiations, conflict resolution, and performance discussions with professionalism.
Support HR systems and processes (Front-End: employee interactions, queries; Back-End: data management, reporting, compliance).
Collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR with strong negotiation skills.
Familiarity with full HR lifecycle (Front-End & Back-End HR functions).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
