Job Responsibilities: Manage HR operation activities such as data entry, confirmation, contract renewal, letter preparation, insurance and etc) Process end to end monthly payroll in a timely manner and accurately. Follow up, resolve issue by recommend solutions or alternative methods to customer according to SLA. Perform scheduled activities, such as execute regular reports, perform data quality check, etc. Active participation in process improvement initiatives such as automation and process harmonization To assist in ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned from time to time. Ensure adherence to all Document Retention, Reporting and Audit requirements. Ensure documentation/ process manuals / working instructions are up to date. Job Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources will be an added advantage) or equivalent business experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English & Mandarin to support Payroll activities for China Region/Entity. Works well in a team. Strong competency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) Excellent in data analysis Possess problem solving and decision-making ability. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
