Purpose of the Job:

To provide on-site HR professional operation services to Vietnam, Thailand, and China/India offices. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to quality, streamlining and problem solving to help us taking care of Vietnam, Thailand, and China/India employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site HR operation supports to local colleagues for the whole life cycle from on-boarding, visa application, insurance &benefit management, payroll, report \xe2\x80\xa6 to exit process.
• Manage the daily onboarding process as labor contracts, employee records in HR system
• Manage the daily separation process
• Act as a liaison between HR, vendors, and employees to provide daily outstanding customer service to our employees with benefit-related inquiries such as Employment Proof, Salary Proof, etc.
• Coordinate and implement local HR activities based on the global/regional HR plan.
• Provide HR data reports based on business / finance requirements.
• Be the Super user of HR systems (SAP HCM / SAP Success Factor).
• Cooperate with HR COE colleagues to provide timely report, services, arrangement, and deployments.
• Provide administrative services to executive leaders e.g., on scheduling, travel arrangements, documentation\xe2\x80\xa6.

• University graduate, major in HR, psychology, social work, business administration, labor relations preferred.
• At least 3 years of HR working experience including in compensation & benefits or HR operations.
• Familiar with local human resources related policies, labor laws and regulations
• Mature, strong sense of confidentiality, good interpersonal skill, reliable, customer orientation, exceptional collaboration skills, can work under pressure, sense of urgency and good problem-solving skill.
• Familiar with SAP, good Excel skill
• Fluent in English and Mandarin compulsory, Vietnamese will be strongly preferred.
