Job Description

- Will handle all HR duties as assign by superior
- Will provide end to end L&D support
- To assist in new hire orientation preparation on employee onboarding day
- To develop and carry out an efficient documentation management, printing and filing system for both paper and electronic records
- To perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively across all layers, obtain cooperation and promote a team environment to meet objectives
- To assist in special projects as and when required
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
- Currently pursuing minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Human Resource or equivalent
- Internship period of minimum 6 months
- Good writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skills: Communication, MS Office.
- Hardworking and possess good working attitude
- Required skills: Communication, MS Office.
- Must be dedicated and committed to the task given
