Handle day-to-day staff issues and concerns, mainly for logistics and operational staff.
Support disciplinary matters in line with company policy and labour law.
Carry out preliminary checks and investigations on attendance, misconduct, and behaviour issues.
Prepare draft disciplinary letters and simple investigation summaries for HR review.
Assist in arranging and attending disciplinary discussions and counselling sessions.
Monitor attendance, leave, MC patterns, and general staff compliance.
Follow up on corrective actions and improvement plans.
Keep proper records for employee relations and disciplinary cases.
Support a fair, firm, and compliant working environment.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an operations-heavy environment (logistics, warehouse, production, or operations).
Comfortable dealing with drivers and operation staff.
Firm, practical, and able to handle difficult situations calmly.
Good attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks.
Able to work under pressure.
Basic understanding of labour law and disciplinary procedures will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
