Summary:

The role of Consultant Business Support is to directly contribute to the profitability of PERSOLKELLY Contingent Workforce Division by successfully delivering engagement services candidate care and meeting standards of service excellence to clients and candidate\'s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully deliver placements to achieve individual financial target consistently monthly.
• Support recruitment activity to generate sufficient orders to achieve individual target.
• Support recruitment team with candidate care management activities.
• Represent the brand PERSOLKELLY with the utmost integrity and professionalism - demonstrating speed of response, quality delivery, human resource expertise and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with clients and candidates.
• Retention and welfare of Temporary Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment, and issues.
• Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in DEX and MOS.
• Maintain and ensure all Temporary and Contract Employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate.
• Achieve and excel in Service Delivery SOP.
• Ensure that there is a constantly updated and growing candidate database.

Technical/Professional Skills:

• Consultative skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Counseling and motivating skills.
• Planning and managing work cycle.
• Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act will be an added advantage to the role.
• Able to multitask and handle multiple follow-ups simultaneously.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR-related specialty preferred.
• 2-3 years\' service-related industry. Have experience working under recruitment agency is plus point
• Service-driven.
• High levels of diplomacy and tact.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
