If so, Becton Dickinson has a great opportunity for a Workday / HR Systems Business Analyst within our HR Solutions organization on our HR Process and Analysis Team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.



This position reports to the HR Solution Manager and the purpose of this position is to support, coordinate and manage the service delivery of HR Solution team in ensuring a positive customer experience with quality HR solutioning in the HRIS system. The position will utilize discretion latitude in decision-making and being a subject matter expert in HRIS system. The position provides expertise and is a point of contact cross functionally with the applicable stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Manage maintenance and accuracy of HR systems such as Workday HCM setup data \xe2\x80\x93 including but not limited to finance data structures, legal entity data, location data, pay schedule dates, early retirement eligibility calculations and data updates, etc.

Support expansion and optimization of HR systems solutions to solve business problems through our HR Solutions process improvements

Perform data uploads into Workday (EIB) while adhering to strict change control and quality assurance processes

Regularly performs system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity

Provide support for Workday, including researching and resolving Workday problems, unexpected results, or process flaws

Continually acquire and apply new knowledge and skills necessary to support the HRIS systems

Work with Data Operations team to identify potential data integrity issues and advise on appropriate audit and mitigation strategies to ensure data quality.

Ensure HR systems configuration meets SOX and other corporate compliance obligations as well as data privacy best practices.

Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes and technologies.

To perform other duties as assigned by the HR Solution Manager as and when require.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding and respect for change control processes, quality assurance processes, and data governance

Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Familiarity with Workday Human Resources/Human Capital Management business processes including domains, data structures and reporting functionality.

Ability to engage, envision, and collaborate to build solutions that encompass the end to end processes that drive HR services.

Demonstrated technical systems analysis through 3-5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 business analyst and experience in a company of similar size, revenue, complexity and geographic diversity.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional customer service ethic.

Expert level Excel skill set.

Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability

Educational Qualifications & Previous Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study.

2-4 years HR Shared services related to HR Data Management/operations is preferred.

Previous experience and subject matter expertise in HR Data Management/HR Information system.

At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience of Organization Management, managing mass load data in HR system.

Workday experience is preferable.
