Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Tasks are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to complete recurring assignments independently and to determine the best methods to follow to complete assignments. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results may have a negative impact on the divisions/departments operations, schedules, and/or performance goals. Works under general Supervision. Situations not covered by standard processes, procedures and methods are referred to manager or expert resource. May demonstrate work methods to new employees. Builds internal and external relationships, with emphasis on those that facilitate the achievement of job/role accountabilities, such as relationships with key suppliers, customers and internal service. Detailed Description Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following : Support One Malaysia HR in learning and development strategy. Assist in formulating and maintaining of training and development procedures. Assist in Coordinate Learning and Development activities, not limited to run a Training Needs Analysis, develop a comprehensive Yearly Training Plan; administer training executions and training bonds. Assist in monitoring the corporate learning activities. Maintain and update skills inventory of employees in order to update training needs. Conduct the new hires on boarding orientation program and other required programs. Periodic review of orientation slide as and when required Administer HRD fund include monitoring of HRD levy contributions, training grant utilisation and response to HRD query. Administer training records and ensure audit compliances. Training system management in ETQ Training Modules (administer course profile, review certification requirement; assign employees for online courses). Knowledge/Skills/Competencies Pleasant personality, have a good self-discipline and able to get along with team members and all levels of employees. Good at planning, organising and drive for result. Learning agility and innovative Possessed good communication skills and can communicate and write well in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Computer literacy in Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Ms Words and other relevant applications. Experience in Multimedia (Audio & Visual) would be an advantage. Ability in coping with work pressures and changes. Possessed a transport and valid license and open to a mobile work assignment whenever required. Physical Demands Duties of this position are generally performed in good working conditions. Occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data. Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required. Occasional travel may be required. Typical Experience Have a minimum of 2 years work experiences in Learning & Development. Typical Education Possessed minimum a Degree education level.
