The HR & Training Assistant will join forces with the People Management Department to support the overall operations of providing exceptional employee experience and upholding our company's core value:

Core Responsibilities:

Maintain and support training & development structures, Assist in coordinating, planning, and conducting training activities, as well as creating and maintaining training materials. Provide guidance and support to participants, trainers and facilitators, and maintain accurate records of training activities. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing job postings, and maintaining candidate databases. Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations. Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Educational Background: Not compulsory, but if you've got a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Education, Human Resources, Psychology or something related, that's a big plus.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
